**MAV Ingeniería integral is seeking:** Surveying Engineer or Graduate Surveyor **Requirements:** * **Preferably degree and professional license** * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience * Availability to travel **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Office software * Quality control of construction materials * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Proficiency in GPS * Management of administrative procedures * Proficiency in email * Proficiency in total station and surveying level **Responsibilities:** * Topographic surveys of structures and properties * Verification of layout references and benchmark levels * Supervision of control points, layouts, lines, and levels * Setting out and leveling for foundation placement * Delimitation and boundary demarcation of areas * Calculation of areas and volumes for work progress * Verification of levels and plumbness of structures during construction * Verification of possible structural settlements * Preparation of topographic control reports within established timeframes Job type: Project-based or fixed-term position Contract duration: 8 months Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
