**Skills and Requirements.** · Bachelor's degree in Engineering · Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineer or related field. · 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor. · Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing · Problem-solving techniques. · Intermediate English. · Desired knowledge of production processes in the electronics industry. · Leadership and personnel management skills. · Communication and conflict resolution skills. · Core tools (desirable). **Responsibilities.** · Lead and execute implementation of changes in processes and workflows within the corresponding production area. · Generate actions with personnel under supervision based on planning metrics. · Collaborate and actively participate in the review and improvement of all elements of the Integrated Management System for Safety and Quality. · Conduct meetings with personnel under supervision to provide feedback on related metrics and generate actions to bring them under control. · Develop and/or update the training matrix for technical skills of operational personnel. · Identify training opportunities for operators and document them in the technical training matrix. · Develop and/or implement work standards focused on the production area. · Generate actions to ensure the operational functioning of the production process based on defined standards. · Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes and implement them. Promote, supervise, and coordinate continuous improvement across different work centers. · Administer human resources on the platform for permits, vacations, attendance, etc. · Administer material resources in the production area, identifying deviations in consumption and generating action plans for recurrences. · Manage continuous improvement tools, ensuring teams under supervision execute them according to work standards. · Schedule and conduct audits of standardization systems in the production area. · Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor to ensure proper flow of production materials to the warehouse. · Lead Kaizen events focused on eliminating root causes of deviations in the production area. · Coordinate with staff departments non-routine activities to be carried out in the production area. · Audit that standards, instructions, and documents related to the process are executed in accordance with them. · Meeting with warehouse supervisor to review location for delivery/receipt of finished product and ensure material flow. · Coordinate jointly with the warehouse the return of materials to the shipping area for dispatch to the corresponding plant. · Coordinate with Planning any deviations from the product change matrix.
