**AUTOMOTIVE SALES ADVISOR** Profile * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (preferably incomplete or completed bachelor's degree). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales. * Essential knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicle brands. * Preferred experience with brands such as: * BYD * MG * JAC * Toyota hybrids * CRM usage and customer follow-up. * Valid driver's license. * Availability to conduct test drives and prospecting. Required Knowledge * Operation of electric and hybrid vehicles. * Types of charging and battery range. * Market comparisons for electric automotive products. * Sales and negotiation techniques. * Customer attention and service. * Automotive financing and credit plans. Main Responsibilities * Prospect customers on-site, social media, and digital platforms. * Advise customers on features and benefits of hybrid and electric vehicles. * Conduct demonstrations and test drives. * Prepare quotations and follow up until sale closure. * Keep the CRM and customer portfolio updated. * Meet monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. * Provide post-sale follow-up and vehicle delivery support. * Stay updated on new electric and hybrid automotive technologies. * Participate in events, exhibitions, and commercial activations.
