




**Position: Sales Manager – BESS & EV Chargers (Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Sonora, Tijuana) Global Company with Offices in Mexico** We are seeking several Sales Managers to lead the commercial growth of energy storage solutions (BESS) and EV chargers, driving business opportunities across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. This role is critical to expanding sustainable mobility and energy efficiency solutions, developing new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and closing high-impact projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop the commercial strategy for selling EV chargers and BESS systems. * Identify and prospect clients in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. * Generate opportunities through CRM, digital prospecting, and networking. * Develop customized commercial proposals and technical presentations. * Lead negotiations and contract closure. * Manage the sales pipeline and commercial reporting. * Participate in trade fairs, expos, and events related to the energy and electric mobility sectors. * Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and brand positioning. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Electricity, or related field (MBA preferred). * Conversational English. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in renewable energy, electric mobility, or energy solutions sectors. * Experience in B2B sales and business development. * Proficiency in CRM, digital prospecting, and commercial tools. * Strong results orientation, negotiation, and closing skills. * Willingness to travel.
