Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends SALES ADVISOR: Job Objective Deliver an excellent customer experience by selling products and merchandise on credit to build long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of credit and identify needs to sell consumer credit. Promote cross-selling and grow the customer portfolio with quality, establishing long-term relationships. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Cambaceo: promoting products outside the point of sale. Clean, organize, and arrange work areas; assist in warehouse organization; support periodic inventory counts; place POP materials and labels according to the defined layout. Follow the customer service process: host role, welcome, advisory, closing, and ensure the best in-person experience for customers. Requirements Strong verbal communication skills. One year of sales experience, preferably in retail. Knowledge of credit sales. Enjoyment of interacting with customers. Experience in field-based customer prospecting / cambaceo activities. Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends. Honesty throughout the sales process. Value Proposition Base Salary starting at: $1,500 weekly. Commissions: $1,730 weekly. Working Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month.
