Job Objective Participate in new product development and launch, collaborating with Chinese suppliers to issue recommendations and improvement proposals, tracking the implementation of structural, design, appearance, and other changes to ensure product sustainability in terms of safety, performance, and manufacturing cost. Main Responsibilities Manage and monitor preliminary performance and functionality testing of new products in China, coordinating validation testing executed by external laboratories and suppliers within CN, obtaining evidence to verify product sustainability regarding safety, performance, and manufacturing cost. * Implement product engineering changes, creating system-, subsystem-, and component-level specification content, and validating implementation of improvements related to failures identified during validation processes in Mexico and China to optimize product performance, appearance, functionality, and cost. * Supervise and validate pre-production prototype manufacturing incorporating improvements and final design for final validation and corresponding pre-launch processes of model(s) in Mexico. * Manage shipment of samples, prototypes, systems, and components incorporating improvements and final design for validation and launch processes. * Administer and track project portfolios across multiple suppliers.
