Main Responsibilities On-time delivery of shipments. * Receiving and distribution of inventory. * 100% compliance with weekly, monthly, and fiscal inventories. * Management and assignment of responsibilities to subordinates. * Daily inventory counts. * Compliance with KPIs (5'S, incidents and accidents, FTQ, Perform Score Card). * Responsible for inventory entries and exits in their warehouse. * Responsible for generating reports (shift end report, load reports). * Knowledge of SAP to execute transactions. * Document shipments in SAP for proper dispatch. Candidate Profile Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel. * Experience in inventory management. * Personnel management. * Frustration tolerance. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work weekends and holidays. * 1 to 2 years of experience as a shipping coordinator/supervisor. * Age between 23 and 45 years.
