Position Summary: Shipment Coordinator/Supervisor with experience in SAP and Excel, responsible for ensuring proper execution of shipments and inventory management, as well as personnel administration. Position Objective Ensure proper execution of shipments, guaranteeing safe loading of italikas, as well as care of mobile equipment. Main Responsibilities Timely delivery of shipments. * Inventory receipt and distribution. * 100% compliance with weekly, monthly, and fiscal inventories. * Administration and assignment of responsibilities to subordinates. * Daily inventory counts. * KPI compliance (5S, incidents and accidents, FTQ, Score Card generation). * Responsible for inventory entries and exits at their warehouse. * Responsible for generating reports (end-of-shift report, loading report). * Proficiency in SAP to execute transactions. * Document shipments in SAP for correct dispatch. Candidate Profile Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel. * Inventory experience. * Personnel administration. * Frustration tolerance. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * 1–2 years’ experience as Shipment Coordinator/Supervisor. * Age 23–45 years.
