Job Summary: This role seeks a leader with experience in logistics and personnel management to ensure operational efficiency in merchandise handling and fulfillment, optimizing processes and guaranteeing workplace safety. Personal and professional development Job Objective Lead your team in operational processes related to merchandise handling. Main Responsibilities Ensure the proper functioning of receiving, storage, and order-picking processes. * Analyze operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. * Monitor and track operational and personnel incidents. * Verify that merchandise loading is correctly performed during order picking. * Guarantee proper handling of merchandise during transportation and stacking. * Ensure the use and proper functioning of work tools. * Verify correct use of PPE in the work area. Candidate Profile Experience in Logistics Operations and personnel management * Goal- and target-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure, achievement-oriented, effective communication, and teamwork.
