Job Summary: Harbenit is seeking an organized and leadership-oriented Paramedic Safety Officer to respond to emergencies, supervise safety operations, and train personnel in construction environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Medical emergency response at civil construction sites and metallic structures 2. Supervision and enforcement of industrial safety protocols 3. We are seeking: **PARAMEDIC SAFETY OFFICER** If you are organized, possess leadership qualities, demonstrate resilience, have strong observational skills, and enjoy working as part of a team, **this position is for you.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Nursing, Paramedicine, or related field. * Valid certification in first aid, CPR, and automated external defibrillator (AED) use. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in pre-hospital care or as a paramedic in occupational or industrial settings. **(Mandatory)** * Knowledge of industrial safety and occupational health regulations. * Valid driver’s license **Key Duties:** * Respond to medical emergencies and accidents at civil construction sites and metallic structure areas, administering first aid and stabilizing patients. * Supervise and ensure compliance with site-specific industrial safety and occupational health protocols. * Monitor staff vital signs. * Collaborate in identifying hazards at construction sites and propose preventive measures. * Maintain up-to-date inventory of first-aid kits, first-aid equipment, and automated external defibrillators (AEDs). * Prepare incident and emergency reports and coordinate external medical assistance when required. * Participate in emergency drills, evacuation exercises, and rescue operations at heights or in confined spaces. * Train construction personnel in first aid, CPR, and construction-specific emergency response.
