




Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist with experience in customer service, schedule management, and appointment systems to coordinate daily operations and maintain order in the area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and handling of telephone communications, messages, and emails. 2. Appointment and schedule management for medical/aesthetic services. 3. Coordination with medical staff and updating of databases. **Position:** Receptionist **Location:** Santa Fe (near Parque la Mexicana). **We Offer:** * **Net monthly salary:** $12,000.00 * **Payment frequency:** Biweekly. * Bonuses. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * **Rotating schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * **Day off:** One weekday. * **Additional benefits:** Discounts on products and services; training in nutrition and pet care. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or administration. * Experience managing schedules and appointment systems. * Proficiency with office equipment (telephone, computer, printer, banking terminal). * Basic knowledge of invoicing and collections. * Handling of petty cash. **Responsibilities:** * Answer customer telephone calls, messages, and emails. * Schedule, confirm, and modify medical and aesthetic appointments. * Record patient arrivals and departures (consultations, admissions, aesthetic procedures, emergencies). * Receive payments and generate sales notes and receipts in the system. * Issue invoices upon customer request and coordinate with the accounting department. * Maintain up-to-date customer and patient databases. * Coordinate with medical staff and keep the daily schedule updated. * Provide information regarding services, prices, and promotions. * Ensure order and cleanliness in the reception area. * Handle difficult situations with empathy and customer orientation.
