Job Objective Prevent and contain origin-related failures through strategic plans for controlling the manufacturing processes of EO and spare parts suppliers and sub-suppliers in China, specifically for components most valued by our customers and components reported with high failure incidence rates. Key Responsibilities Establish strategic quality management points that domestic suppliers and sub-suppliers must implement for EO and spare parts. * Assess risks and develop domestic suppliers and sub-suppliers for EO and spare parts. * Establish quality standards for original equipment and spare parts. * Establish processes to reduce the receipt/shipment of non-conforming products in the spare parts area and execute corrective actions when required. * Develop inspection plans for key components on the Top Warranty List. * Address urgent plant cases or product-related issues. Candidate Profile Knowledge of Quality Management. * Experience: * Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Product Launch, Return-to-Requirements (R@R). * ISO 9001:2015. * IATF 16949:2016. * CQI-15. * Intermediate Mandarin, Advanced English.
