




Job Summary: Suzuki Los Fuertes is seeking a Quality/Customer Service Engineer to manage complaints, implement improvements, and supervise quality and training processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and service complaint and claim management 2. Implementation of improvements to enhance customer satisfaction 3. Supervision of quality processes such as KAIZEN and 5S Suzuki Los Fuertes is looking for a Quality/Customer Service Engineer; the requirements are as follows: Age: 25 to 45 years old Marital status: Unrestricted Education: Industrial Engineering or Business Administration Experience: Minimum of 3 years in quality-related areas and excellent customer service skills Responsibilities: \- Handle complaints and claims from sales and service departments \- Verify that the Appointment Coordinator contacts the customer database to invite customers for services or safety campaigns. \- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of complaints. \- Enroll advisors in their induction courses assigned by the plant. \- Supervise implementation of KAIZEN and 5S practices.
