




Job Summary: This multifaceted role focuses on member service and satisfaction, handling complaints and suggestions, and organizing events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage member service and satisfaction 2. Analyze perceptions and complaints to implement corrective actions 3. Support the organization and logistics of social and cultural events **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10–19 hrs Saturdays, 9–14 hrs **1.** Manage lockers: registrations, cancellations, changes, and combination deliveries; serve as the liaison for replacing damaged locker keys. **2.** Establish methodologies to assess member perceptions. **3.** Address member complaints and suggestions. **4.** Analyze customer complaint data received. **5.** Forward received suggestions and complaints to the Public Relations Department, Management, and the relevant department; follow up until corrective action is completed. **6.** Conduct member satisfaction surveys regarding sports facilities, food and beverage services, and club amenities. **7.** Conduct satisfaction surveys for events, analyze collected data, and implement corrective actions for any performance indicators falling below established targets. **8.** Support the department in campaigns related to organizing, logistics, and coordination of social, cultural, and sports events. **9.** Perform hostess duties at events.
