This role is **NOT theoretical** — we seek someone who will directly engage with the branch team to teach them how to sell more effectively. **What will you do?** * Visit clinics and **work directly with nutritionists** * Observe real consultations and identify sales errors * Conduct on-site training: * How to handle objections * How to follow up with patients * How to close sales * Accompany the team in: * Appointment scheduling * Confirmations * WhatsApp follow-ups * Implement immediate improvements (not just suggestions) * Measure results and adjust strategies * **Profile:** * Real sales experience (not just training) * Prior experience working with: * Commercial teams * Customer / patient service * **Experience in:** * Sales closing * Handling objections * Commercial follow-up * $10,000 MXN monthly\+ uncapped commissions (fees) **Work Mode** * Clinic visits (mandatory) * Hands-on field work * Results-based commission (uncapped) * Initial project duration: 1–2 months **Schedule:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:20 am \- 7:30 pm (2-hour lunch break from 2\-4 pm); Wednesday: 9:20 \- 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break); Saturday: 8:50 am \- 2:00 pm.
