Prepare food packages according to the availability of food inventory. 2. Coordinate with the warehouse for order generation and assembly of food packages. 3. Monitor food inventory and make adjustments to package preparation as necessary. 4. Supervise compliance with quality standards in the preparation and distribution of food packages. 5. Implement continuous improvements in Control Desk processes to increase efficiency and service quality. **Principle of "Nutritional Balance of Foods":** - Consider nutritional balance as a fundamental principle in preparing food packages, ensuring they contain an appropriate combination of essential nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals. - Incorporate a variety of foods providing a broad range of nutrients, including lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy products. - Assess the nutritional needs of the target population and design food packages to meet these needs, taking into account factors such as age, gender, and specific health conditions. 6.
