




Job Summary: This role involves supervising the use of facilities, creating activity programs, managing training records, and coordinating sports events, ensuring compliance with institutional regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation and development of activity and sports event programs. 2. Monitoring of facilities and equipment, with a focus on continuous improvement. 3. Management of training records and addressing students' needs. 1. A. - Ensure proper use of the swimming pool and general areas; report any anomalies in writing to the Area Manager. 2. A. - Development of activity and games programs – tournaments – dual meets – anniversaries, etc. 3. A. - Attend to and update training files and address students' needs. 4. A. - Maintain records of training sessions and games. 5. A. - Organize events related to this area and support the Sports Management Department in various institutional sports events. 6. A. - Establish formats, techniques, and procedures for the continuous improvement of each student. 7. A. - Monitor facilities, equipment, and accessories. 8. A. - Prepare daily incident or malfunction reports for common areas. 9. - Ensure strict compliance with the institution's statutes and regulations. 10.
