Well-being and hospitality-oriented environment Position Objective: Comprehensively lead the operation of a Jugen Wellness Bar branch, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, compliance with operational standards, and effective team development. This role combines administrative skills, operational leadership, and a passion for well-being and hospitality. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and motivate the operational team, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented, and respectful culture. **Branch opening and closing, ensuring order, cleanliness, and protocol compliance.** Direct customer interaction, issue resolution, and building lasting relationships. **Inventory control and order management.** Beverage preparation (smoothies, green juices, bowls), ensuring quality and presentation. **Cash reconciliation, cash handling, and administrative reporting.** Coordination of staff shifts, schedules, and breaks. **Sales monitoring, goal setting, and implementation of strategies to achieve them.** Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand image standards. **Ongoing training of operational staff.** Ideal Candidate Profile: * Age: 25 to 50 years old. * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Business Administration, Hospitality, Nutrition, or related field. • Minimum experience: 2 years as supervisor or manager in similar industries (restaurants, cafés, wellness bars). • Availability for rotating shifts and weekend work (weekend rest day).
