Job Summary: We are seeking a Hygienist to ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and food security standards in an industrial cafeteria, supervising food handling and cleaning activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure hygiene and food safety standards in industrial cafeteria 2. Supervise staff hygiene practices and food handling 3. Implement cleaning and quality control programs An enterprise specializing in industrial cafeterias is looking for your talent as a Hygienist. **Job Objective:** Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and food security standards within the cafeteria, guaranteeing proper food handling, area cleaning, and regulatory compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise hygiene practices of operational staff * Verify proper washing, disinfection, and food handling * Implement and monitor cleaning programs * Monitor food temperatures (cold and hot) * Supervise storage (FIFO / First-In-First-Out) * Validate cleaning of areas, utensils, and equipment * Conduct internal hygiene audits * Identify sanitary risks and correct deviations * Train staff on food safety topics * Complete daily logs and records **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field * Minimum experience: 1–2 years in industrial cafeterias or food industry * Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations **Essential Knowledge:** * NOM-251-SSA1-2009 (MANDATORY) * Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) * Hygienic food handling * Temperature control * FIFO systems * Cleaning and disinfection * Logbook management **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Organization * Sense of urgency * Authority to supervise staff * Responsibility * Proactivity Interested candidates who meet the profile should apply through this channel.
