




**OPENING: Human Resources \- Sports Club** **Location:** Soledad de Graciano Sánchez, San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. Area: Quintas de la hacienda. **At the Club,** we are not only a sports center—we are a community. We are seeking a Human Resources professional with strong service orientation, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure our internal team enjoys the best possible work experience while we deliver excellence to our users. **Your Challenge at the Club:** You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our employees (from operational staff to specialized instructors). **Your main responsibilities will be:** **Talent Acquisition:** Lead recruitment processes for diverse profiles (maintenance, administration, trainers). **Administrative Management:** Manage payroll incidents, personnel files, vacation records, and contracts. **Labor Relations:** Provide direct support to staff, handle leaves of absence, and ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Culture and Climate:** Implement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and reduce turnover. **Training:** Coordinate customer service programs and technical certifications in safety/sports. **What Are We Looking For?** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. **Experience:** 2–3 years in generalist or HR coordinator roles (experience in services, hospitality, or retail is highly desirable). **Skills:** Assertive communication, empathy, conflict resolution, and strong organizational abilities. **Knowledge:** Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law, IMSS regulations, and payroll software (e.g., CONTPAQi, NOI, etc.). **What Do We Offer?** **Monthly Salary:** $12,000.00 plus bonuses (based on qualifications). **Statutory Benefits:** From day one. **Work Environment:** A dynamic, healthy, and wellness-oriented workplace.
