We want to meet you! **Position Objective:** Coordinate and optimize greenhouse operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of tomato and pepper crops. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise daily greenhouse activities. * Coordinate planting, irrigation, fertigation, and plant nutrition programs focused on tomatoes and peppers. * Monitor crop phenological development and ensure optimal growth. * Implement and supervise phytosanitary control strategies. * Manage and lead operational staff. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and productivity standards. * Control inputs, inventories, and area costs. * Prepare production and performance reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Agricultural Engineering or related field. * Minimum 6 months’ experience managing tomato and/or pepper greenhouses. * Knowledge of fertigation, pruning, trellising, and integrated pest management. * Experience managing personnel. * Flexible working hours. * Leadership skills, results-oriented mindset, and decision-making ability. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Job stability and an excellent work environment.
