Promotes collaboration and skill development Position Objective Manage and lead administration and finance area projects by applying best practices, agile methodologies, and tools, ensuring their implementation within scope, time, and cost. \*Facilitates management of projects required for process transformation.\* This is achieved through designing plans that enable proper project administration and execution, as well as coordinating synergies among work teams (internal or external), ultimately driving organizational process improvement. Main Responsibilities Plan projects (define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as develop a detailed plan including schedules and required resources). \*Assign and manage human resources to ensure efficient project execution. \*Act as the primary point of contact among stakeholders, the project team, and senior management, ensuring all parties remain informed. \*Monitor and supervise project progress, make adjustments when necessary, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. \*Guide the project team, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with project objectives. \*Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams, supervise progress, and ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, timeline, and budget. \*Identify, assess, and manage project- and portfolio-level risks, along with mitigation strategies. \*Ensure proper project budget management, including financial planning, cost tracking, and justification of variances.
