Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related field. * 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of ERP systems. * Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: 1\. Procurement Management: Request quotations, compare and select suppliers, and issue purchase orders. 2\. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts, and reduce obsolete products. 3\. Logistics and Tracking: Monitor shipments, ensure receipt of goods, and coordinate with warehouse. 4\. Negotiation: Seek best prices, discounts, and favorable payment terms. 5\. Administration: Review invoices, manage warranties, and prepare purchasing reports. Competencies and/or Skills: * Purchase order management. * Supplier tracking. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Organization and prioritization skills. * Basic negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.
