We are currently seeking talent for the following position: * ***Community Facilitator*** **If you are interested in contributing to early childhood development, have studies in Nutrition, Nursing, or experience in Community Work; and** ***know how to drive standard-type vehicles,*** **to transport food supplies and inspire hope in communities, we are looking for you.** Our location is at: **CENTER FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT, Known address s/n, San Pedro el Alto Road, Santa Ana Nichi Community, San Felipe del Progreso Municipality, State of Mexico, ZIP Code 50686\.** **Responsibilities** * Conduct anthropometric measurements (weight, length or height) on children and pregnant women, following organizational protocols. * Perform capillary hemoglobin tests, ensuring hygienic and safe conditions for the person being evaluated. * Accurately and promptly enter and record collected data into Un Kilo de Ayuda's institutional system (INFOKILO 2\.0\). * Promote and monitor updates to the UKA Health Record booklet for children based on measurement results. * Inform families about the nutritional status of their children, providing clear and empathetic guidance. * Follow up and accompany children at high nutritional risk and pregnant women, identifying cases requiring specialized care and facilitating referrals to appropriate health services. * Deliver food packages to families enrolled in the intervention model, ensuring proper control and documentation. * Conduct workshops and provide counseling on topics related to sensitive and affectionate parenting, promoting positive caregiving practices. * Promote community development initiatives in assigned locations, strengthening active family participation. * Facilitate processes of empowerment and capacity-building among group leaders within each family group, encouraging leadership and autonomy. **Requirements:** **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor’s degree (completed or incomplete) in Nutrition, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields. **Desired Experience:** Previous work in rural or marginalized urban communities, and direct service to families, children, and girls. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Gross monthly salary:** $9,606\.90 MXN * **Pay frequency:** Biweekly (for salaries and wages) * **Type of contract:** Direct hiring from day one * **Statutory benefits:** Social security, year-end bonus, vacation bonus, among others * **Grocery vouchers:** Equivalent to **12% of gross salary**, capped as per legal requirements, deposited to **Sí Vale** card during the second half of each month * **Life insurance:** Coverage through **GNP** * **Funeral expense assistance** * **Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements**, starting from the first year of employment * **Uniforms and personal protective equipment:** Provided by the organization * **Ongoing training:** For professional and operational development Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $9,606\.90 per month Benefits: * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Sick leave * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Application Questions: * Why are you interested in working as a Community Facilitator? * Do you have experience conducting workshops or educational sessions?
