Metrics monitoring and continuous training 3. Job stability and growth opportunity We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented leader to fill the Field Coordinator position. You will be the cornerstone in ensuring goal achievement by managing a pyramid-shaped structure, including direct supervision of team leaders and indirect oversight of cambaceo promoters. Key Responsibilities: * Team leadership: Supervise and conduct daily follow-up with Zone Supervisors to ensure their promoter teams meet established KPIs. * Territory strategy: Design and assign effective work routes within the Iztapalapa area and surrounding zones. * Metrics monitoring: Analyze sales, prospecting, and closing reports to implement immediate improvement plans. * Training: Ensure both supervisors and promoters master outreach techniques and product knowledge. * Administrative control: Report incidents, attendance, and results directly to management. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years coordinating field sales, cambaceo, or mass sales (financial sector, telecommunications, or services). * Skills: Personnel management, conflict resolution, resilience, and strong focus on objective achievement. * Local knowledge: Familiarity with the Iztapalapa area. * Education: High school diploma (incomplete or completed; preferred).
