Key responsibilities include: * Receiving and initiating first contact and outreach with customers via telephone calls and/or other channels, as applicable. * Identifying and analyzing customer needs. * Designing and delivering the best possible response and service tailored to customer needs, with the goal of retaining or increasing customer engagement.
