Financial statement analysis and interpretation Sports company (Doxa Deportes) is looking for: **Senior Accountant** **Profile:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, with official degree and professional license (mandatory). * Experience: Minimum verifiable 3 years in a similar position, including experience with accounting ERP systems (payroll, IMSS, VAT, Income Tax, etc.). * SAT platform proficiency * Aspel COI proficiency * Advanced Excel skills **Responsibilities:** * Accounting and financial fundamentals * Preparation of financial reports * Design and implementation of accounting information systems * Analysis and interpretation of financial statements * Accounting and tax auditing * Tax legislation * Invoice generation * Preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, DIOT, etc.). * Analysis and control of operational, administrative, and financial costs. * Supervision of accounting records in compliance with Mexican tax legislation. * Preparation of financial reports and performance summaries. * Execution of bank and accounting reconciliations. * Coordination of internal or external tax and financial audits. **Skills:** * Proficiency in Financial Information Standards (NIF). * Experience with accounting software. * Spreadsheet skills. * People management. * Team building. * Implementation of work plans for teams. * Implementation of KPIs and monitoring of work plans. * Experience in general accounting functions. * Critical thinking and analytical skills. * Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability. * Preferred: experience in strategic financial planning and accounting database research.
