Constant interaction with domestic and international clients. **Groups and Weddings Sales Executive – Mayan Monkey** **Job Objective** Responsible for promoting, quoting, and closing sales for social events—particularly weddings and group bookings—ensuring a unique customer experience and maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect and generate new clients for weddings, social events, and group bookings. * Respond to quotation requests (leads) via various channels (email, social media, agencies, platforms). * Design customized proposals according to client needs. * Conduct consistent follow-up until sale closure. * Coordinate hotel site inspections. * Maintain direct communication with clients before, during, and after the event. * Coordinate with internal departments (operations, front office, food and beverage) to ensure proper event execution. * Prepare contracts, confirmations, and sales reports. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Participate in trade fairs, promotional events, and marketing activities. **Position Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 1\-2 years in hotel sales, events, or wedding sales. * Experience in customer service and sales closing. **Knowledge:** * Sales and negotiation techniques. * CRM or reservation system proficiency. * Knowledge of the tourism and destination wedding market. * Intermediate/advanced English (preferred). **Skills** * Excellent communication and client-facing skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Organizational and follow-up abilities. * Creativity in designing experiences. * Negotiation capability. * Ability to work under pressure. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Number of closed events/weddings. * Revenue generated from groups and weddings. * Lead conversion rate. * Customer satisfaction level. * Achievement of monthly sales targets. **Working Conditions** * Flexible schedule (including weekends as required by events). * Office and field work (site visits, tours, trade fairs). * Constant interaction with domestic and international clients. **We Offer:** Base salary plus commission structure Meals Statutory benefits Brand benefits and discounts.
