We seek to integrate into our team a **TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE** with strong technical expertise, problem-solving capability, and operational leadership to help us manage operations and customer service with a high degree of order, control, and efficiency. **Position Objective** Ensure the **correct execution of assigned customs operations**, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and documentary control of files, timely tracking of each customs clearance, and prompt handling and resolution of incidents with clients, authorities, and suppliers—ensuring timeliness, service quality, and operational traceability. **Education Level:** Completed bachelor’s degree in International Trade or International Business, or related fields. **Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience** **Core Competencies:** Oral and written communication, negotiation, teamwork, service orientation, discipline, organization, planning. **Basic Knowledge:** · Customs Law · Documentation required for export and import · Certificates of origin and their application · Calculation of duties on customs declarations (Pedimento) · **RECO System** **Functions and Responsibilities to Learn:** **a)** Respond to client requirements and requests. **b)** Plan and coordinate customs clearances. **c)** Track shipments punctually. **d)** Review customs clearance documents and their applicable regulations. **e)** Request and review expense statements from correspondent agents. **f)** Request payments on behalf of third parties. **g)** Request invoicing from end clients and for customs clearance documentation. **h)** Maintain up-to-date information in the RECO system, module “Reference Entries”, including clearance dates and data. **i)** Request updated documents from clients for their tax files. **j)** Request necessary documentation to recover guarantee deposits. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $17,500.00 – $21,500.00 per month Experience: * Customs clearance: 5 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
