Due to our current growth, we are seeking two professionals to join our commercial team. Duties and Responsibilities * Make telephone calls to manage and recover overdue accounts. * Negotiate and persuade clients to establish effective payment agreements. * Handle objections professionally and provide debtors with alternative solutions. * Document customer interactions and follow up on payment commitments. * Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly collection targets. Candidate Requirements * **Education Level:** Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum one year of verifiable experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * **Skills:** Excellent effective communication, positive attitude, and ability to handle difficult conversations.
