




Job Summary: Provides academic and technical support to the student community, facilitating the use of computer laboratories and enhancing the user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical assistance to students and faculty in computer laboratories. 2. Troubleshooting and improvements to technological infrastructure. 3. Preventive and corrective technical support for equipment. **Academic Support Assistant** Deliver high-quality service to the student community by facilitating access to services offered in Computer Laboratories, ensuring a positive user experience. **Your Key Challenges** * Providing technical assistance to students and faculty. * Troubleshooting and improving usage of installed infrastructure in computer laboratories. * Corrective and preventive technical support for departmental equipment. * Equipment cloning. * Configuration and updates. * Inventory management. **Technical Experience and Skills:** * Proficiency in operating systems and Microsoft Office. * Equipment cloning, maintenance of computers and laser printers. * Knowledge of design software and database systems (SQL, Oracle). * Excellent service attitude. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Proactivity. * Problem-solving ability. * Punctuality. Profile We Are Seeking **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Systems, Computer Networks Engineering, or related Information Science fields.
