Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Project Manager or Delivery Manager with experience leading operations, managing corporate clients, and autonomously resolving issues within the technology sector. Key Highlights: 1. You will lead the coordination of operations across three key business lines. 2. You will be the company's face to corporate B2B clients. 3. You will autonomously resolve issues and improve processes. Responsibilities: **Operations Coordination:** * Orchestrate operations for Forward’s three business lines: LMS Platforms, Artificial Intelligence Agents, and Content/Courses. * Manage the internal technical (development) team’s backlog and sprints to ensure timely and on-spec delivery. * Coordinate external vendors (freelance designers, video editors, and animators), ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. **Delivery and Client-Facing Activities:** * Lead kickoff, progress review, and final delivery meetings with corporate clients. * Conduct requirements gathering with clients and negotiate scope, transforming what the client "wants" into clear technical specifications for the development team. * Manage client crises and expectations; serve as the company’s representative during delays or adjustments. **Problem Solving and Strategy:** * Proactively and autonomously resolve problems; identify bottlenecks in production and propose process improvements without waiting for micromanagement from directors. * Ensure deliverables meet Forward’s standards before presenting them to clients (functional QA). Experience: * **5+ years** of experience as an IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Operations Manager in technology companies (SaaS, Software Agencies). * Mandatory experience leading accounts and managing B2B (Corporate/Enterprise) clients. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (Engineers + Creatives/Designers). Knowledge: * **Project Management:** Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion, or Trello. * **Technology (Architecture/Business Level):** Solid understanding of software development (lifecycle, APIs, integrations). Coding skills are not required, but technical literacy is essential to avoid communication barriers. * **Artificial Intelligence:** General understanding of how LLMs work (agents, prompts) to effectively coordinate innovation projects. * **Basic Finance:** Budget control and project-level profitability management (freelancer payments vs. client billing). Skills: * **Negotiation and Client Management:** Ability to diplomatically and assertively say "No" to corporate clients. * **Ownership:** Full accountability for each project—from sale through to invoicing. * **Bridging Communication:** Ability to translate complex technical language into business terms for clients, and vice versa for developers. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote, 01210, Santa Fe, CDMX
