




**BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA is looking for a Support Specialist at Employer Flexible in San Felipe - Chihuahua, Chihuahua** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking a **Benefits Associate**, focused on reconciliation processes and resolution of discrepancies in internal systems and insurance company portals. Additionally, they will provide informational support to the benefits team, following supervisor instructions. #### **Responsibilities** * Reconcile and audit benefits invoices, identifying discrepancies between billed and paid amounts. * Resolve discrepancies in internal systems and insurance company portals. * Update **Smartsheet** with accurate and real-time information. * Provide support to Benefits Assistant and Specialist roles as needed. * Manage cases and tasks in the client portal to ensure proper resolution. * Contact points of contact (POC) and brokers to resolve questions and discrepancies. * Generate reports from internal systems to validate client information. * Keep the tracking template updated in **Smartsheet**. * Meet performance indicators. * Perform additional procedures necessary to fulfill assigned functions. #### **Requirements and Skills** * Intermediate knowledge of **Microsoft Office**. * Intermediate accounting knowledge. * Data analysis skills. * Ability to research and gather information. * Time management and organization. * Intermediate English (Mandatory).
