A real estate development company is seeking a **Senior Real Estate Project Manager**, specialized in **vertical projects of more than 10 levels**, to lead one of the most significant developments in Aguascalientes. We seek an executive–technical profile with comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business, capable of managing the entire project lifecycle: planning, feasibility, permits, execution, financial control, closeout, and after-sales, with a high capacity for strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Lead vertical real estate projects from planning through to closeout. * Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and specialized suppliers. * Manage procedures, permits, and licenses with relevant authorities. * Control budget, costs, contracts, and variances. * Supervise execution to ensure quality, timelines, and cost adherence. * Coordinate tenders and construction contracting. * Administer the project financially. * Prepare executive progress reports. * Make strategic—not merely operational—decisions. Non-negotiable Requirements * Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer (mandatory). * Minimum professional experience of **10 years**. * At least **5 years as a Real Estate Project Manager**. * Demonstrable experience in **vertical projects of more than 10 levels**. * Participation in complete vertical projects (planning, permits, execution, and closeout). * Advanced proficiency in **MS Project**. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with cost control systems (Neodata, Procore, or similar). * Leadership of technical teams (architects and engineers). * **Full availability to relocate permanently to Aguascalientes.** ***Profiles primarily focused on land development, horizontal housing, or affordable housing will not be considered.*** **Desirable** * PMI certification or formal training. * Knowledge of Lean Construction. * Experience in financial planning and contractual control. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: **$40,000 to $50,000 MXN**, based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity to participate in a high-impact real estate project and advance your professional trajectory.
