Responsibilities include reviewing payroll and tax calculations; verifying accounting entries and deliverable reports to clients; submitting agreed-upon information to clients within stipulated timelines; maintaining consistent client communication; and guiding assigned staff. The incumbent is accountable for performing work promptly and efficiently to deliver quality outputs aligned with client contractual obligations. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactively plan activities for assigned clients. * Instruct trainees or Analysts to obtain payment reference numbers and submit declarations, forms, payment reference numbers, etc., to clients promptly. * Review payroll calculations for each assigned client per client policies, legal guidelines, and agreed timelines; submit resulting information to clients promptly. * Review tax calculations for each assigned client per legal guidelines and agreed timelines; instruct trainees or Juniors to obtain payment reference numbers and submit declarations, forms, payment reference numbers, etc., to clients promptly. * Review payroll reports agreed upon with clients, ensuring they accurately reflect calculation outcomes, and submit them to clients promptly. * Review and submit annual calendar proposals to clients. * Review SBC (Base Salary) calculations and ensure timely submission of employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments to IMSS. * Review agreed-upon payroll payment files and submit them promptly. * Review final settlement and liquidation calculations per client policies and legal guidelines; submit them to clients. * Ensure payroll CFDI stamping occurs within legally mandated deadlines and as agreed with clients. * Verify CFDI validation processes according to established procedures. * Confirm payroll receipt delivery to clients as agreed. * Respond to client calls and emails within defined timeframes. * Address client queries and provide information about our services. * Understand the scope of service agreements for each assigned client. **Key Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Business, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in payroll. * Technical knowledge: Expertise in end-to-end Mexican payroll processing, social security and welfare, and payroll taxation. * English: Intermediate * Software: Proficient in MS Excel and Word (intermediate–advanced level). Experience with payroll ERP systems, preferably Supernómina or SICOSS. * Skills: Proactivity, initiative, and **attention to detail**.
