Our global expertise and multidisciplinary capabilities span all aspects of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Construction Management, and more. **Position Description** Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of scopes defined by the leader; analyze and design pipe racks, buildings, foundations for static and dynamic equipment, and process buildings. **Essential Functions** * Ensure technical quality of designs executed directly, guaranteeing compliance with applicable codes and standards. * Develop complex and advanced designs for industrial structures, bridges, roads, buildings, and other civil projects. * Perform detailed calculations and structural analyses using specialized software. * Develop specific procedures enabling better optimization of engineering department processes according to specialty, thereby achieving improved project execution outcomes. * Ensure projects comply with all national and international technical, safety, and environmental regulations. * Provide guidance and mentorship to younger (semi-senior and junior) engineers, enhancing their technical and professional capabilities. * Make key decisions regarding material selection, construction methods, and technologies to be employed. * Ensure proposed designs are safe and conform to the Company’s and client’s quality procedures and standards. * Ensure implementation of the Performance Management Cycle for personnel under supervision. * Responsibilities, Functions, and Authority in HSEQ Requirements: **Specific Functions** * Structural analysis and design * Analysis and design of pipe racks, buildings, foundations for static and dynamic equipment, and process buildings. **Qualifications** * 10 years of experience participating in engineering, oil and gas, industrial, power generation, and renewable resources projects. * Structural analysis and design * Knowledge of RCDF, Complementary Technical Standards, and NOM * Proficiency in CFE technical manuals (seismic, wind, etc.), ASCE, ACI, AISC, ASTM * Technical software: Navisworks, AutoCAD; proficiency in STAAD structural analysis software (Pro); intermediate/advanced knowledge of other structural analysis software (e.g., SAP, RISA, SACS, etc.) is desirable. * Intermediate/Advanced English desirable **Education** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering. **Competencies** * Business Knowledge: Essential in Engineering and Supervision within Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, and Infrastructure sectors. * Communication * Proactivity * Accountability * Results-oriented * Customer-oriented
