**School of Mechanics Director** **Schedule:** Full-time, 7:00 to 21:00 hrs. Are you passionate about engines and interested in sharing your experience with new generations? We are seeking professionals with a teaching vocation who wish to train highly skilled automotive technicians. **Position Objective:** To lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise the academic, administrative, and operational activities of the Mechanics area, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards, as well as the comprehensive development of students and teaching staff. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise academic, operational, and administrative personnel within the area. * Ensure implementation of the curriculum and adherence to the academic calendar. * Design and implement strategies to improve educational quality, graduation rates, and student retention. * Represent the institution before educational authorities, regulatory bodies, and institutional events. * Supervise proper workshop operations. * Manage supplies and materials required for academic practice. * Promote extracurricular activities and events. * Prepare academic and administrative reports. * Provide support to students and parents regarding academic matters. * Foster professional development of teaching staff through training and evaluation. **Requirements:** * Education: Automotive Mechanical Engineering degree or related field (Mandatory).
