HOUSING DELIVERY RESIDENT Position Objective: To manage the planning and administration of housing delivery timelines and warranty handling in accordance with company guidelines and policies; to analyze administrative functions as a quality control filter, identify system errors, and ensure customer-satisfying housing delivery—thereby continuously improving delivery and warranty performance objectives. Requirements Civil Engineering or Architecture Degree Results-oriented Customer-focused Goal-oriented Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and complete the housing checklist to confirm habitability. 2. Deliver the housing unit to the customer in compliance with the housing release policy. 3. Generate warranty reference numbers and handle warranty matters per the housing policy. 4. Analyze warranty cases and jointly prepare executive summaries with the team. 5. Conduct housing unit tests and notify the construction department. 6. Coordinate with property management companies to ensure their presence during housing deliveries.
