End-to-End project lifecycle management We seek a **Projects Director** with solid experience in the renewable energy sector to lead the full lifecycle management of wind and photovoltaic assets—from conception through post-FID delivery. **Your Objective** As a technical and strategic leader, your mission will be to ensure the viability, quality, and profitability of our energy infrastructure projects. **Critical Experience Profile (Mandatory Requirement)** For this position, we prioritize specialists with a proven track record in the sector: * Minimum **3 years of experience** in Project Management roles and supervision of engineering development. * **Technical expertise in:** Development of photovoltaic power plants (large- and small-scale), wind power projects, electrical substations, and transmission lines. **Your Key Responsibilities** * **End-to-End Management:** Direction and coordination of the project lifecycle (development, engineering, execution, and handover). * **Strategic Control:** Monitoring of permits, legal/technical documentation, and risk management. * **Procurement and Supply Management:** Advisory support on the Master Program, development of the Procurement Plan, and selection of strategic suppliers. * **Quality and HSE Assurance:** Development of the Quality Plan (PPC) and active participation in Environmental, Health, and Safety audits. * **Financial and Operational Control:** CAPEX management, reporting of budget deviations, and monitoring of construction progress with Site Managers. * **Specialized Stakeholder Engagement:** Technical representation before contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. **Technical Requirements and Education** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (**mandatory degree**). * **Specialized Software:** Advanced proficiency in **Pvsyst (required)**, AutoCAD, and Google Earth. * **Office Suite:** Microsoft Office with **advanced Excel (Macros)**. Proficiency verification required. * **National Regulations:** NOM-001-SEDE-2012, Electric Industry Law (LIE), and DACGs. * **International Standards:** Solid knowledge of IEC, NEC, NESC, IEEE, UL, and ANSI standards. **Leadership Competencies** * Analytical capability for selection of specialized machinery and equipment. * Strategic planning and knowledge management for continuous improvement. * Negotiation skills and ability to engage effectively with external stakeholders.
