Profitability enhancement and added value **Regional Operations Manager – Real Estate** * **Sector:** Real Estate Management / Affordable Housing **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Regional Manager** with strong leadership acumen and strategic vision to plan, administer, and direct resources and services across our developments. Your primary objective will be to enhance profitability and generate added value in residential subdivisions while ensuring efficient operations and excellent relations with condominium owners. **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Leadership and Management:** Supervise, train, and motivate team members under your responsibility (Administration Managers and Regional Coordinators), intervening in critical or high-risk situations. * **Financial Management:** Plan operational budgets, financial projections, cash flow statements, and monthly income and expense reports. * **Strategic Relationships:** Maintain effective communication with developers, housing institutions (INFONAVIT), government authorities, and internal committees. * **Operations and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with the Condominium Property Law; coordinate collection processes, legal matters, and customer service; validate service planning. * **Conflict Management:** Intervene in and resolve sensitive social conflicts within residential developments. * **Decision-Making:** Analyze profit-and-loss statements, monitor internal audits, and supervise implementation of technological tools (corporate mobile app). **Required Profile** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (preferably in Economics or Administration). * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in real estate management for affordable housing. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Condominium Property Law. * Management of condominium assemblies. * Budget control and financial planning. * Liaison with INFONAVIT and PROSOC.
