Schedule management, customer service, and service promotion. **AGVS is seeking a Receptionist Administrator\- Pilates Center in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Wellness company seeks:** **RECEPTIONIST \| ADMINISTRATOR FOR PILATES CENTER** **Objective:** to ensure comprehensive, professional, and efficient customer service, as well as to guarantee the proper administrative and operational functioning of the center, manage class and instructor schedules, control payments and memberships, and maintain organized information. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma (minimum) * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, Communications, or related field **Experience:** * 1–3 years in reception, customer service, or administration * Preferred experience in gyms, fitness studios, or wellness centers **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in scheduling and reservation systems * Cash handling and basic invoicing * Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, Word) * Social media management and digital customer service **Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome customers, prospects, and visitors. * Manage class schedules, appointments, and instructor availability. * Register new customers and update the database. * Collect payments for classes, packages, and memberships (cash, bank transfers, POS terminal). * Monitor and track payments, daily cash reconciliations, and invoicing. * Promote services, packages, and cross-selling. * Handle phone calls, messages, and social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). * Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests. * Supervise center order, cleanliness, and presentation. * Support coordination of instructors and schedules. * Manage administrative and operational supplies. * Prepare basic reports (sales, attendance, cancellations). **We Offer** Salary: Base salary plus bonuses (approximate monthly salary $20,000\) Statutory benefits Opportunity for professional growth and job stability **Schedule:** **Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM** **Saturday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM** **Sunday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM** **(rotation includes either Saturday or Sunday)** **Work Location: Col.
