Here’s some additional information about this role. Start Date: February 2026 **Requirements:** * Age 25+ * 3+ years in real estate marketing. Preference given to experience selling lots or subdivisions—whether rural or urban. **Position Objective:** Prospect engagement, marketing, and sales of rural lot projects. **Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of the sales process for lot development. * Prospect engagement via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and/or in-person meetings. * Use of sales tools to present the project. * Engagement with prospects interested in the project. * End-to-end sales process follow-up—from initial prospect contact through reservation and unit closing.
