Real Estate Advisor **Company: Kixpool Desarrollos** ***Job Objective*** Promote and close sales of the company’s real estate developments, providing professional service to prospects and clients, and actively participating in on-site duty schedules typical of a real estate developer. **Required Profile** \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate advisor. \- Prior experience at a real estate development company is desirable. \- Experience selling land, houses, or apartments. \- Age: 25 years and older (no upper age limit). \- Gender: Indifferent. \- Knowledge of the real estate sales process, customer service, and sales closing. **Main Responsibilities** \- Attending to prospects assigned by the company. \- Performing on-site duties at developments and sales points. \- Advising clients throughout the entire purchasing process. \- Commercial follow-up until transaction closure. \- Meeting individual sales targets. **Job Conditions** \- 100% commission-based income structure (no base salary). Monthly earnings can start from MXN 30,000. \- Gasoline allowance. \- Working hours based on duty schedule. \- On-site position / field work. **Important Considerations** This position is ideal for advisors with a commercial mindset, accustomed to commission-based compensation and the operational dynamics of a real estate developer—including on-site duties and direct project engagement. **\- Duty Hours**: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. **\- Work Location**: Office near Plaza La Isla \- Personal vehicle required. \- Computer equipment required.
