Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, classifying, and managing materials, ensuring inventory control and warehouse maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive raw material management and inventory control. 2. Application of the FIFO method for material rotation. 3. Compliance with warehouse safety and hygiene standards. * Receive and verify raw materials against purchase orders and invoices. * Conduct basic visual quality checks (defects in leather, color shades, thicknesses, moisture levels). * Classify and arrange materials by type, batch, and rotation schedule. * Apply the FIFO (First-In–First-Out) method. * Record material receipts and issuances in ERP system or manual logs. * Prepare and issue materials per production orders. * Conduct cyclic and physical inventories. * Monitor and report inventory losses and discrepancies. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations (handling chemicals such as adhesives).
