We are looking for a **Product Development Technical Manager** to join our team in Ixtlahuaca, State of Mexico. This position requires a professional with experience in the textile and fashion industry, focused on the technical development of high-quality products. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the technical development of fashion products, both for women’s and men’s apparel. * Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure technical specifications meet required quality standards and align with customer needs. * Manage and lead the sampling department, ensuring seams and patterns comply with technical and design specifications. * Use advanced pattern-making tools such as Lectra/Gerber to develop and adjust patterns. * Evaluate and select sewing methods and techniques, as well as sewing machine usage for production. * Perform advanced material cost calculations for garment production. * Ensure all products comply with established quality standards and measurement methods. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Haute Couture, Textile Engineering or related fields. * **Experience:** 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience working with American brands, both in women’s and men’s apparel. * Prior experience in sewing and working with sampling departments. * Advanced knowledge of pattern-making using software such as Lectra and Gerber. * Experience and knowledge of sewing machinery and advanced sewing methods. * Advanced knowledge of material costing. * Ability to follow specifications and adjust designs according to customer requirements and quality standards. * **Languages:** Advanced English. * **Computer Programs:** Experience with MODARIS, VIGIPRINT, DIAMINO, GSD. **We Offer:** * A dynamic and continuously growing work environment. * Opportunities for professional development. * Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
