We are currently seeking talent for the position of: PAYROLL SPECIALIST FOR CONSULTING FUNCTIONS REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (intern or graduate). Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll. Understanding of payroll operations, including manual and biweekly payroll calculations. Calculation of severance payments, settlements, taxes, social security contributions, expense control, and accounts payable. Knowledge of auditing tasks, legislation related to payroll management, and tax calculation. * Willingness and availability to travel is mandatory. * Consulting, auditing experience, or prior experience implementing technological tools—such as software or ERP systems—for administrative process automation is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: CONSULTING FOR OUR CLIENTS BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR SOFTWARE: * Conduct information gathering; * Perform documentation and process mapping; * Identify, document, approve, and verify development requests and requirements with users; * Train end users and resolve questions regarding Intelisis ERP functionality; * Install and configure our system according to the implementation process; * Execute assigned tasks and meet objectives based on work plans; * Safeguard project-related information.
