Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** ### **Primary Purpose of Position** Ensure timely, accurate, and legally compliant processing of employee payroll using the ONO system, guaranteeing fulfillment of tax, labor, and contractual obligations. Collaborate closely with the Human Resources department to ensure proper integration of attendance incidents, personnel movements, and compliance with internal policies. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Calculate, validate, and process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll through the **ONO** system. * Integrate and verify attendance records entered by Human Resources: absences, delays, vacations, overtime, leaves, etc. * Manage extraordinary payments: bonuses, back pay, severance, and premiums. * Correctly apply tax and voluntary deductions. * Stamp payroll CFDIs and perform cancellations when applicable. * Conduct reconciliations with Finance, HR, and Accounting. * Submit monthly reports to IMSS, INFONAVIT, Fonacot, SAT, and other authorities. * Prepare internal reports and provide support during audits. * Address employee inquiries regarding payroll. * Participate in payroll process improvements and digitalization initiatives. **Education Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field. **Required Experience:** * 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll processing. * Proficiency in the **ONO** system (essential). * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and current tax regulations. * Experience with CFDIs, IDSE, SUA, and stamping systems. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
