This includes performing line clearance procedures, completing hourly production reports, and maintaining area organization and cleanliness — consistently ensuring the quality of products manufactured for our customers. **Responsibilities**: * Arrive at workstation 5 minutes prior to shift start (evaluated) * Perform visual inspections according to defect standards * Ensure correct completion of required process forms * Comply with all safety regulations * Complete Line Clearance Report for each model change * Follow instructions on Standard Work (SW) sheets * Complete Hourly Production Report * Accurately identify and complete scrap labels * Ensure completion of safety checklists * Maintain 5S in the assigned area * Ensure accurate completion of production reports * Participate in environmental training sessions (as scheduled) * Perform tasks and responsibilities while respecting environmental controls and employee safety * Participate in the 4 Disciplines of Execution * Participate in PPI activities **Authorities**: Request machine stoppage in case of: * Safety hazard * High scrap rate * Quality defects * Intermittent operation (poor performance) * Complete reports (Line Clearance, Hourly Report, etc.) * Identify and report any violations of dress code within the facility * Report environmental impact incidents (when applicable) * Submit proposals for improvement of the Environmental Management System **Requirements for the Position:** **Education:** * High school diploma preferred **Experience:** * Prior experience in manufacturing plants preferred * Plastic injection experience preferred (desirable) **Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills * Ability to read and write reports * Knowledge of quality standards (defect inspection) **Skills/Competencies:** * Punctuality and attendance * Communication * Teamwork * Safety awareness * Quality control/assurance * 5S * PPI (Continuous Improvement) **Deliverables for the Position:** * Safety checklists signed by Team Leader * Hourly (HxH) reports * 5S checklists * MDP completion
