We are looking for your talent as: **OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN AT PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY** Objective: Supervise medical-administrative activities of preventive and curative health plans and programs, in order to preserve the well-being and health of employees. **Requirements:** **Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in preventive and curative medicine, application of basic life support procedures, and management of emergencies and urgent cases. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure implementation of the unit’s operational plan and program in the area of health. * Comply with the Quality Management System, GMP, GDP, as well as regulations, policies, and safety, hygiene, and environmental protection measures. * Contribute to achieving safety, hygiene, and environmental objectives and indicators. **Functions:** * Prepare and execute the unit’s budget. * Develop and implement a workplace health activity program. * Provide medical consultations. * Maintain control of employee medical records. * Carry out assigned tasks related to occupational health. * Safeguard equipment and materials at the worksite. * Train the First Aid Team. * Ensure confidentiality of medical record data. * Participate in internal and external audits, or audits conducted by governmental agencies. * Audit the cafeteria regarding occupational hygiene. * Train new employees on health-related topics. * Manage and disseminate new organizational policies or initiatives. * Participate in activities related to environment, safety, and hygiene. * Supervise orderliness of equipment and workplace, following up on any anomalies. * Identify and assess environmental aspects and impacts associated with the area. * Conduct medical examinations for new employees. * Comply with guidelines established in the Internal Work Regulations. * Knowledge of health regulations.
