




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator with advanced proficiency in NOI payroll software and knowledge of accounting and administrative practices to join our team. Participating in internal and external audits, and civil protection activities SINTEG is a 100% Mexican company, leading in Information Technology (IT) and Communications (CCTV), and invites you to join our team as: **PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR / COI / ACCOUNTING AND/OR ADMINISTRATIVE STUDIES** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field**. **Mandatory Experience:** Minimum 3 years in accounting and payroll processing (preferably within medium- or large-sized companies). **Advanced proficiency in NOI payroll software** **Specific Knowledge:** Familiarity with the **Federal Labor Law**, **IMSS**, **INFONAVIT**, and tax obligations. Proficiency in **payroll systems** (Aspel NOI, Advanced Excel, electronic payroll). Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Intermediate Excel proficiency **Desirable Certification:** \- **Payroll software: Aspel NOI** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare and process **weekly/bi-weekly/monthly payroll**. Calculate **salaries, overtime, taxes, deductions, and statutory benefits**. Input data into payroll systems and accounting platforms. **Register newly hired personnel in the IMSS platform.** Generate **payroll reports and payment receipts** for employees. **Send payroll receipts to each employee.** Review and validate attendance records, absences, and leave requests. Support filings and payments to **IMSS, INFONAVIT, benefits, and withholdings**. Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll payments and clarify payroll deductions. Maintain up-to-date and controlled databases of active and terminated personnel. Assist in internal or external payroll-related audits. Calculate severance pay, year-end bonus (Aguinaldo), vacation premium, and profit-sharing. **Participate in internal and external ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, and ISO 20000-1 audits as required.** **Participate in civil protection training and activities, including drills, first aid brigade courses, evacuation and shelter procedures, fire prevention and control, etc.** **WE OFFER:** **Immediate hiring!** **Salary: $12,000 net monthly** **Statutory benefits** **Work location: Doctores neighborhood, Hospital General metro station** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 12 PM** **Interested candidates: WhatsApp 55/30/18/04/69** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
