Participating in internal and external audits, and civil protection activities SINTEG is a 100% Mexican company, leading in Information Technology (IT) and Communications (CCTV), and invites you to join our team as: **PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR / COI / ACCOUNTING AND/OR ADMINISTRATIVE STUDIES** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field**. **Mandatory Experience:** Minimum 3 years in accounting and payroll processing (preferably within medium- or large-sized companies). **Advanced proficiency in NOI payroll software** **Specific Knowledge:** Familiarity with the **Federal Labor Law**, **IMSS**, **INFONAVIT**, and tax obligations. Proficiency in **payroll systems** (Aspel NOI, Advanced Excel, electronic payroll). Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Intermediate Excel proficiency **Desirable Certification:** \- **Payroll software: Aspel NOI** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare and process **weekly/bi-weekly/monthly payroll**. Calculate **salaries, overtime, taxes, deductions, and statutory benefits**. Input data into payroll systems and accounting platforms. **Register newly hired personnel in the IMSS platform.** Generate **payroll reports and payment receipts** for employees. **Send payroll receipts to each employee.** Review and validate attendance records, absences, and leave requests. Support filings and payments to **IMSS, INFONAVIT, benefits, and withholdings**. Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll payments and clarify payroll deductions. Maintain up-to-date and controlled databases of active and terminated personnel. Assist in internal or external payroll-related audits.
